Brady Severns

Brady was one of the early contributors to the Yahoo! group and helped developed some the earlier custom decks. His designs specifically focused on characters from The Phantom Menace, largely because he borrowed a bunch of the miniatures from another Hasbro game, The Queens Gambit, to depict those characters. Brady hasn't been seen around much anymore.
