Dark Troopers

Not characters in their own right, the Dark Troopers are advanced droid soldiers developed in secret by the Empire. Though never appearing in the films, they play prominent roles in several Star Wars video games, such as Battlefront (Although, in a non-droid varient), Galactic Battlegrounds, and of course Dark Forces, the first 3D Star Wars computer game.
