First Turn Limited
This rule alters the progression of play for games with 4 or more players. In First Turn Limited, the first player can take only one action. They still get to roll, and move as normal.
Normally, the last player is at a severe disadvantage because he/she is behind on actions and card resources throughout the game. First Turn Limited reduces the chances that the last player will be subject to multiple attacks with only the starting 4 cards to work with.
This rule is not compatable with Last in Line.
Variant: First Turn Draw One: As per First Turn Limited, but the first player gets two actions, one of which must be drawing a card.
