Hold Onto Your Hand

 

This variant allows you to "pass" on your actions if you have a full hand. Normally if you had a hand of 10 cards and you couldn't play a card or heal, you would be forced to draw a card by discarding one first to fulfill your 2 action requirement. This house rule allows you to "hold onto your hand" by electing to pass on your actions rather than discard cards to draw if you can't play or heal.
