This is the gold standard for custom decks as far as our group is concerned. Roman has added some new spice to these decks without completely breaking the mold set by the original 12 decks. They are of good middle power level, so they matchup okay with any of teh original 12 decks. If youa re just getting into expansions then this is a great place to start.

We've been experimenting with Barriss Offee at 10 HP and I think we're going to make that change permanently. Other than that, yeah it's good fun.

By my own admission, this remains one of the best custom decks in creation. I think some of my decks are the best out there for their respective characters while others are not, but I can tell you that ALL of them have been extensively tested over years of 2-on-2 play so in that sense, all of them are fun and balanced. You really can't go wrong with the decks you'll find at geektopia.cc

I have to agree, Roman's Luminara deck is great. We used it in some early EDOL tournaments, back when custom decks were being used alongside the originals. I've always thought this was an outstanding design.

About Roman's Luminara Unduli and Barriss Offee deck: I really like this deck. It appears very solid and strong, without being overpowered. The duo is also quite fascinating to me. I agree with wiwwt and I suggest this deck to new players too.
Note about my personal tweaks on customs: 'Force Bubble' does 2 damage only once per opponent character. I think otherwise this card was a bit too strong; but it's only a minor change after all...
