See the custom health sheet linked in the Alliance Commander page. Basically there's 6 figures on the board that share most cards (as a squad), with each of the 5 "minor characters" having 1 special card. Each character dies after they lose a set amount of health, but they all share the same health.
This was an ongoing experiment with several radical changes, which after play-testing I'm not too happy with how it turned out. It also doesn't really make sense as is (Elara's figure gets attacked & Tanno gets defeated). Any ideas how to improve it?
I didn't want another deck where each minor character has a handful of health (where each one is vulnerable to cards like Vader's Choke or Anakin's Wrath).
I was going for something different, trying to come up with a concept where the squad members share resources such as health & cards.
Originally the deck had a single figure on the board with 1 support card from each squad member, but instead ended up with 6 figures on the board in its latest version.
I have further ideas how to change it, but I'm looking for ideas from others. My friends & I like to play with complicated/unique decks lol!
Got you, but with 6 characters you easily outnumber any Choke or similar card for that matter. Roman/Geektopia has an awesome concept that features 3 characters (all minors) with shared cards etc. for LotR. Not saying you should use it for your concept but maybe you could use some of his ideas even if just for inspiration. Don't remember what characters he used it on but you can look at my The One Sith or Defender of Ossus decks as they use his concept in a Star Wars setting. I beleive something similar may could work. I also tried to do the Delta Squad (one major, three minors) justice for years but somehow made it worse with every change so I definately can relate to the troubles one runs through with massive multi character decks.

1st off one question, what is the reason all the characters don't have their own health bar?
