Just checked back in on the wiki after forever and wow, no one's done Finn & Rose yet? I'll do it, plus perhaps a Poe & BB-8 deck and update my attempt at Rey & Luke.

Well, it's been 9 months but since I've been cranking out TLJ Decks, I finally pieced one together. This was a tough one and I'm not 100% satisfied with the results, but feel free to discuss.

The idea is to capture Finn's struggle to commit to the Resistance, and how Rose helps him do that. To that end, Rose's cards put Finn in position to be most effective, and he's most effective when she's alive. Finn is also a capable melee fighter in terms of damage output, but not so great at defense; an advantage against shooter type decks like my Captain Phasma, but he'll get mopped up by Jedi or Sith. LIVE FREE, DON'T JOIN is a great escape card that I think really captures Finn's character and helps keep him alive, while SAVING WHAT WE LOVE recreates Rose's defining moment.
